The Punjab Government provides high prioity on the infrastructure development by developing such infrastructure projects, which can attract private investments. These infrastructure projects require critical project identification, expert project development and bankable structuring of the projects. With a view to identify and develop projects, PIDB has retained the services of the following two leadingh infrastucture agencies for structuring and development of infrastructure projects:-

Feedback Ventures Pvt. Ltd.
The main objective for appointment of consultants was to help in broadly structuring the projects in a manner that would enable recovery of investments through innovative business and commercial practices like levy of user charge, toll fee, & to propose institutional structures required for implementation of projects and their operation & Maintenance. The appointment of the two consultants and PIDB was through a MoA was executed between the consultants and PIDB and the projects developers are presently working on the following projects as per the time line approved.
